This Privacy Policy applies to the mafiaclub.lt website (hereinafter – the Website), Mafia Club International social network accounts and collected information managed by Mafia Club International’s event organizer – VšĮ “Intelligentia infinita”, legal entity code 304226170, address: Likiškėlių 3- 29, Alytus, e-mail p.: family@mafiaclub.lt data about the company is collected and stored in the Alytus branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser). In this Privacy Policy, we present in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union no. 2016/679 (EU) (hereinafter – the Regulation) mandatory information about the processing of personal data carried out when you use our website (https://www.mafiaclub.lt), Mafia Club International social network accounts. Terms used in the privacy policy are understood as they are defined in the Regulation.

  • social network users who contact the Organizer in any way through Mafia Club International accounts on social networks or actively participate in them.

  • name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of correspondence, and other data that you provide when sending requests or filling out registration forms on the website. These data are used for the purpose of contacting you and/or answering your questions;
  • name, surname, address, current account number, personal identification number/date of birth, and other data that you provide in exceptional cases when this is necessary for issuing invoices. These data are mandatory according to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

All your personal data, which you provide when communicating with the Organizer and which are obtained from other sources, are processed in accordance with the following principles:
